Agreement and contact
FlexPrep is provided by Interview Flex Inc, incorporated in Delaware, USA, based in Dallas, Texas. Contact flex-support@interviewflex.ai. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy describe your use and purchases. You can print or save these pages.
Practice service
FlexPrep provides a free sample question and paid personalized AI interviews, transcription and coaching reports. AI content can be inaccurate and is educational, not a hiring assessment or a promise of employment. Use truthful examples and review suggestions. Optional video interviewers depend on provider availability and are not required to complete an interview. Video availability will be shown before purchase; do not purchase solely for an unavailable avatar feature.
Camera answers
Camera answers include a 15-second preparation countdown and up to two retakes after the initial take. Your full video recording stays temporarily in browser memory for playback before submission; FlexPrep does not upload the full video or save it to your account. It is discarded after successful submission, replacement, or leaving the page. Results and history contain no recording playback. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and existing answer-content coaching. If you separately opt in before recording, selected camera images are also sent through FlexPrep to OpenAI on submission for optional visual feedback on observable body language, visual delivery, and video etiquette. This does not grade vocal delivery, appearance, emotions, personality, or suitability for employment, and does not change answer-content scores. You can uncheck the option before submission. Declining does not prevent an interview or change purchased access. Transcripts, written feedback, and a consent record are saved in your practice history; camera images are not saved in the FlexPrep database or history. OpenAI processing is subject to its separate retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
Speaking delivery practice
Optional speaking-delivery feedback requires a separate choice before submission. If selected, submitted audio is additionally processed by OpenAI to estimate recognized filler words, speaking rate, and gaps between recognized words. Speech recognition may omit fillers and misestimate timing; gaps are not verified silence. These are descriptive practice measures, not a validated grade, and do not affect answer-content scores. We do not assess accent, stuttering, disability, emotion, personality, or job suitability. Written measures, sample timestamps and your consent are saved with the answer; no audio replay is stored in your account. Declining does not affect access. OpenAI processing follows the provider retention rules described in this policy. You can deselect the option before submission; withdrawal after submission cannot undo completed processing.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars: one interview $4.99 once; five interviews $14.99 once; fifteen interviews $49.99 once; monthly unlimited $99.99 per month. The total payable appears in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. Pack purchases do not renew automatically. Each interview has 3, 5 or 7 questions with up to 3 minutes per recorded answer.
Credits and unlimited access
One credit covers one personalized interview and its coaching report. The credit is reserved when the interview is created; initial question-generation failure restores it. Returning to the same interview does not use another credit. Deleting or abandoning a successfully created interview does not automatically restore its credit; contact support for technical failures. Unlimited access is used before purchased credits. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the account remains open and remain after unlimited access ends. Unlimited means no numerical monthly allowance for personal use, subject to service availability and restrictions on sharing, resale and automated bulk use.
Monthly subscription
Monthly unlimited renews automatically at $99.99 each month until canceled. Purchasing this plan authorizes recurring charges. Cancel through Account → Manage billing before the next renewal to stop the next charge. Access continues until the paid period ends after ordinary cancellation. Contact support if you cannot cancel. Signing out, uninstalling or deleting local history does not cancel a subscription. Recurring price changes will be disclosed before they take effect, with any required notice and consent.
Acceptable use
Use your account for your own practice. Do not share or resell access, automate bulk sessions, bypass controls, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful material or information you do not have permission to use. You retain rights to submitted content and authorize processing needed to provide the service. We may restrict access reasonably to address misuse or security issues, subject to applicable rights.
Closure and service issues
Self-service account closure requires subscription access to have ended. Closing an account deletes cloud history and forfeits unused credits without a discretionary closure refund. Resolve separately eligible refund requests with support first. Permanent service discontinuation does not carry a discretionary refund, but future subscription billing will stop. Neither rule excludes mandatory remedies. Contact support for missing credits, duplicate charges, failed interviews or deletion assistance.
Your rights
The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required. Material changes to purchased access will be handled consistently with applicable law.
