Guided practice saves your written answers and session details on this device. Anyone using the same browser profile or unlocked app can access that history. Delete individual sessions in History.

Personalized AI practice, when enabled, sends the answers you submit to an AI provider for transcription and coaching. It requires a private account. Practice data is never connected to InterviewFlex or recruiter evaluations.

Camera answers include a 15-second preparation countdown and up to two retakes after the initial take. Your full video recording stays temporarily in browser memory for playback before submission; FlexPrep does not upload the full video or save it to your account. It is discarded after successful submission, replacement, or leaving the page. Results and history contain no recording playback. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and existing answer-content coaching. If you separately opt in before recording, selected camera images are also sent through FlexPrep to OpenAI on submission for optional visual feedback on observable body language, visual delivery, and video etiquette. This does not grade vocal delivery, appearance, emotions, personality, or suitability for employment, and does not change answer-content scores. You can uncheck the option before submission. Declining does not prevent an interview or change purchased access. Transcripts, written feedback, and a consent record are saved in your practice history; camera images are not saved in the FlexPrep database or history. OpenAI processing is subject to its separate retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting AI practice history removes the session and saved answers. Minimal usage records, without your answers or recordings, remain for billing and refund review until you close your account.
